September 24 has been fixed as the date to fix the continuous disruption in internet services across the country.
The Ministry of IT has submitted a written response to the National Assembly regarding the internet failures since February 2021.
According to the written response, on July 31, 2024, the PTCL system’s route training error was resolved within a few hours. BPs decreased.
According to the response submitted to the National Assembly, the errors of February 2024, April 2023, November 2022, February 2022, and February 2021 were resolved in a few hours, and the error in February 2022 was resolved in three months.
The response submitted by the IT Ministry also said that the continuous disruption in internet services would be rectified by the end of September 24.
