Islamabad: Before the constitutional amendments were presented in the National Assembly and Senate sessions, the details of the proposed constitutional amendments came to light. The constitutional package includes more than 50 clauses. The appointment of the Chief Justice of Pakistan will be done by a panel of 5 senior judges of the Supreme Court.

The government will appoint the Chief Justice from among the five senior-most judges of the Supreme Court, and it will also appoint the remaining four judges of the constitutional court. High Court judges may be transferred to the High Courts of other provinces. The Judicial Commission and the Parliamentary Committee will be brought together for the appointment of judges.

According to the details, the sources said that more than 50 clauses are included in the proposed constitutional amendments, and amendments are included in clauses 51, 63, 175, and 187 of the constitution.

An amendment to increase the representation of the Balochistan Assembly has also been added, and a proposal to increase the seats of the Balochistan Assembly from 65 to 81 has been added. Amendments to Article 63 of the Constitution include voting by dissenting members, including amendments to Article 63. An appeal against the decision of the Constitutional Court will be heard in the Constitutional Court. Article 181 of the Constitution is also likely to be amended.

The Constitutional Court will hear the petitions related to Articles 184, 185, and 186. The proposal to transfer High Court judges to the High Courts of other provinces also includes the proposal to transfer High Court judges to the High Courts of other provinces.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan will be appointed by a panel of 5 senior judges of the Supreme Court. The government will appoint the Chief Justice from among the 5 senior judges of the Supreme Court, the remaining 4 judges of the Constitutional Court will also be appointed by the government.

The Judicial Commission and the Parliamentary Committee will be assembled for the appointment of Supreme Court, and High Court judges. It should be noted that Article 63 of the Constitution deals with the authority of the party leader. Article 51 deals with reserved seats.

Article 175 deals with the appointment of judges of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Article 181 of the Constitution deals with the temporary appointment of judges, Article 184 deals with the power of automatic notice, and Article 185 deals with appeals against decisions.

Article 186 of the Constitution deals with the power of the Supreme Court on presidential clarification while Article 187 deals with the Supreme Court, the constitution of High Courts, and appointments of judges.
