The Higher Education Department has sent a letter to the heads of educational institutions.
The post states that students coming to college or university on a motorcycle in Lahore must have a driving license and a helmet.
The letter further said that students should not be allowed to enter colleges and universities without helmets and driving licenses.
The letter has also issued instructions that action should be taken against students who come to college or university on a vehicle or motorcycle without a license.
