The Election Commission has given more time to PTI to submit documents in the intra-party election case.
A four-member bench headed by Election Commission member Nisar Durrani heard the Tehreek-e-Insaf intra-party election case. Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Barrister Gohar appeared before the Election Commission.
PTI Chairman Barrister Gauhar took the stand that we have approached the court to get the intra-party election records from FIA. The court has asked the FIA for our records, we have asked the FIA to give us the records, and we will copy them and return them.
He said we would get the record from FIA in a week and ten days, so more time should be given to submit the documents. The hearing was adjourned till October 22.
