A total of 12,674 security personnel will be on duty for the security of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Conference.
They include 6 thousand 963 personnel of Federal Police, 1500 of FC, 2 thousand of PC, 850 personnel of Sindh Police, and 1 thousand 361 personnel of Pak Rangers who will be on duty for security.
607 vehicles have been allocated for the security of VIPs, 2 thousand 994 personnel will perform duty on VIP routes, and 1 thousand 783 personnel will be stationed around the residences of VIPs.
444 personnel will be responsible for the security of the convention center, 400 personnel will be on duty at the red zone entry post, and 451 personnel will be monitoring the checkpoints along with the Quick Response Force APC.
