ISLAMABAD: The government has decided to stop internet and mobile phone services in the federal capital, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab from November 23.
According to sources, internet and mobile phone services may be suspended in different districts of Islamabad, KP, and Punjab.
Sources say that PTA will activate the firewall on the mobile internet service from November 22. Due to the activation of the firewall, the internet service will be slow, while videos and audio will not be able to be downloaded on social media apps.
Sources say that considering the situation, internet, and mobile service can be suspended at certain places at any time.
