Karachi: A new history has been made in the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the index has crossed the milestone of 100,000 points.
On the opening of business on the fourth day of the business week, the Pakistan Stock Market witnessed a tremendous boom, and the 100 index increased by 1,077 points to reach 1,346 points.
Pakistan Stock Exchange 100 index has crossed the one lakh mark for the first time in history.
It should be noted that on the third day of the business week, there was a boom in the Pakistan stock market and then the 100 index crossed the 99,000 mark.
At one point during business, the 100 index in the Pakistan Stock Exchange reached 99 thousand 820 points with an increase of 1642 points, but at the end of business, the 100 index closed at the level of 99 thousand 269 points.
49 crore 57 lakh 92 thousand 767 shares worth 29 billion 73 crore 84 lakh 49 thousand 629 rupees were traded in the stock market yesterday.
