According to the police, 5 more people have been killed and 9 injured in fresh clashes, after which the death toll has reached 55 and the number of injured has reached 149.
According to the district administration, the Peshawar-Parachinar main highway has been closed for 8 days, due to which trade at the Kharlachi border with Afghanistan is also closed. Apart from this, internet and mobile phone service is also suspended.
Deputy Commissioner Javedullah says that measures are being taken to stop the ceasefire and clashes.
