Chairman of the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) Sahibzada Hamid Raza has stated that Imran Khan has announced forgiveness for all the injustices done to him, from the attack on him to his arrest.
While speaking to the media, Sahibzada Hamid Raza said that, according to the founder of PTI, the call for overseas Pakistanis not to send money will continue. He mentioned that our workers are still facing injustices. Regarding negotiations between the government and PTI, he said that the process will continue. A meeting with the government committee will be held on January 2, and the negotiations will be completed by January 31. The founder of PTI has had special discussions with Ali Amin Gandapur and Nasir Abbas regarding the situation in Kurram.
He added that regarding the May 9 incident, they still claim they are not responsible and that others were involved. He suggested that a judicial commission be formed to identify those who incited people through CCTV footage. He also reiterated the demand for a judicial commission on the November 26th incident.
The release of prisoners and the release of the founder of PTI are part of their agenda. He clarified that the release of the founder of PTI will not happen through any deal or by signing papers in the dark of night, but will be done through constitutional and legal means. He mentioned that the founder of PTI should have been released earlier, but an FIR was pulled out from under the carpet.
Sahibzada Hamid Raza further stated that the founder of PTI has said that Pakistan will not become a part of any foreign war. The founder of PTI condemned the attack on Afghanistan, stating that Afghanistan is a brotherly country and the issue should be resolved through dialogue.
