Peshawar: The Chief Justice Peshawar High Court has ordered to restore closed courts in South Waziristan and Tank.
Registrar Office Peshawar High Court issued a notification to restore the closed courts in South Waziristan and Tank after the order of the Chief Justice.
The High Court’s announcement said that District and Sessions Judges and Senior Civil Judges of South Waziristan and Tank should resume judicial work in their respective districts. Judicial work should be restored after providing security to judges, courts, and judges’ houses.
The Peshawar High Court has issued directions to the judges of South Waziristan and Tank to resume judicial work in their respective districts.
