The opening ceremony of the ICC Champions Trophy is likely to be held in Pakistan on February 16 or 17.
According to the sources, all the teams and their captains will participate in the opening ceremony, the captains of all the eight teams will also hold a press conference.
The venue of the opening ceremony has not been finalized yet, the Pakistan Cricket Board has informed the ICC about the initial plan, the ICC will take the final decision after reviewing the plan.
Pakistan Cricket Board will issue visas for all teams and their captains, PCB will also assist in issuing visas for commercial partners, ICC officials, and media.
Last week too, PCB arranged visas for ICC officials, the Champions Trophy will start on February 19.
