The constitutional bench of the Sindh High Court has issued orders on a petition against transgender individuals begging at traffic signals.
The court has directed the police to take action against beggars at traffic signals.
According to the court’s ruling, no transgender individuals or other beggars should be present at any traffic signal in Karachi, and strict action should be taken against those found violating the directive.
