Sindh government inaugurates Thar Desert Train Safari to promote tourism.
The Thar Desert train will go from Karachi to Hyderabad, Mirpur Khas, and Pak -India border areas. During the journey, tourists will enjoy the cultural colors and traditional heritage of Hussein from Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpur Khas, Chhor, and Khokhra.
Minister for Tourism Zulfiqar Ali Shah said that the project was designed to highlight the natural beauty, folk music, traditional craftsmen, and the unique lifestyle of Thar in front of the world. He said that the Desert Train Safari government is the move of the Sindh government, not a public-private partnership, tourists will be able to see the beautiful views of Thar by train.
The train was inaugurated at Karachi Kent Station by Minister for Tourism Sindh Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah, Thar Desert Train will go from Karachi to Hyderabad and Mirpurkhas Pak -India border area. Tourists will be offered.
Five bogies have been installed in Thar Desert Train Safari, a dining boogie and business class Boogie also included in the train.
