Tremors were felt in the Kharan district of Balochistan following an earthquake. According to the Seismological Center, the earthquake registered a magnitude of 3.8 on the Richter scale, with a depth of 30 kilometers below the surface.
The epicenter of the quake was located 34 kilometers southeast of Kharan city. The tremors caused panic among residents; however, initial reports confirm that there have been no casualties or property damage so far.
The Meteorological Department and concerned authorities are assessing the impact of the earthquake. The district administration has advised the public not to panic and to remain prepared for any emergency.
