Mastung, Balochistan: Security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Mastung, killing four terrorists associated with the India-backed network “Fitna al-Hindustan.” According to officials, a cache of arms, ammunition, and explosives was also recovered during the raid.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated that the slain terrorists had been involved in multiple acts of terrorism and sabotage in the region. Following the operation, a clearance and sanitization drive was launched to ensure the area was fully secured. The military’s media wing reaffirmed that Pakistan’s security forces remain resolute in their mission to eradicate terrorism from the country completely.
The prime minister praised the security forces for their successful action in Mastung, emphasizing that the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its armed forces in the fight against terrorism. He added that eliminating every form of militancy from Pakistan is a top priority, and the death of the four militants marks a significant achievement for national peace and stability.
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi also commended the forces for the operation, noting that they had foiled the nefarious designs of Indian-sponsored militants. He lauded the bravery of the security personnel and said the Mastung operation was further evidence of the armed forces’ determination to confront and crush all anti-state elements.
