WhatsApp, the instant messaging app, has begun testing a new feature designed to make group conversations more organized and easier to follow. With this update, replies to a specific message will no longer appear separately but will instead be grouped in a single thread.
Currently, replies on WhatsApp are displayed as individual messages, which often makes conversations look scattered, especially when multiple people respond to the same message. The new feature will allow all replies—whether from a few users or ten—to remain attached to the original message in a thread, making it much easier to track ongoing discussions.
This functionality will prove particularly useful in large group chats where many people are talking at once. It will also help new members quickly catch up on important discussions. By clicking on a reply thread, users will be able to view all responses in one place.
At present, WhatsApp has rolled out the feature to a limited number of users for testing purposes. Reports suggest that it will soon expand to more users before eventually becoming available to the general public.
