Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Barrister Gohar Claimed that 7 members from the government benches would not vote for the amendment.
Barrister Gauhar said that he has not seen such a democracy in which someone makes such a law, if such a law is to be made, then any minority can form the government.
He further said that we will have a meeting with Maulana Fazlur Rahman today, if there is a need for reforms in the judiciary, we are with him, but do not subjugate the judiciary and do not transfer judges without their will. It is hoped that Maulana Fazlur Rahman will not compromise on the judiciary.
Chairman PTI said that we have a draft regarding the constitutional amendment, and we will give the draft when we have a meeting with the former Chairman PTI.
He further said that the doctors of Shaukat Khanum Hospital should conduct a medical examination of the former Chairman of PTI.
