West Indies’ Kieron Pollard became the second batsman in the world to hit 900 sixes in T20 cricket after Chris Gayle.
The West Indian cricketer won this honor in the ILT Twenty League match between MI Emirates and Desert Vipers at the Dubai Stadium yesterday.
He hit a six off the first ball of the nineteenth over of the innings to reach 900 sixes in T20 cricket, a feat previously held by his compatriot Chris Gayle.
In T20 cricket, Chris Gayle has hit 1056 sixes in 455 innings and he is in first place, now Kieron Pollard has come to second place with 901 sixes.
Andre Russell is third with 727 sixes, Nicholas Pooran is fourth with 592 sixes and Colin Munro is fifth with 550 sixes.
