The sexual assault of an 11-year-old girl in Karachi’s Surjani Town area has been confirmed.
According to the initial post-mortem report, the girl was strangled to death after the sexual assault. A murder case has been registered under state jurisdiction.
In Karachi’s Surjani Town area, Sector 51-C, the hanged body of an 11-year-old girl named Asia was found on the roof of her house.
Police stated that the girl’s parents used to fight daily, and that night, after another argument, the mother left the house. The girl was alone at home at the time of the alleged suicide.
