Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari strongly condemned Israel’s interception of the Global Samud Flotilla and the detention of its passengers. He demanded the immediate release of former Senator Mushtaq Ahmed Khan along with all others detained.
Bilawal stated that food and medicine are never a threat, yet Israel stopped the flotilla, detaining doctors and volunteers — an open assault on humanity.
He further added that the arrest of a Pakistani senator is a blatant violation of international law. The PPP chairman also called for establishing a humanitarian corridor for Gaza and justice for Palestine.
