KARACHI: The Meteorological Department has forecast hot days and cool nights for Karachi in the coming days. The increase in temperature is attributed to hot and dry northwestern winds blowing from Balochistan.

According to the Early Warning Center, daytime temperatures are expected to rise further and may exceed 38 degrees Celsius. Citizens have been advised to avoid unnecessary outdoor activities during midday and to take precautionary measures.

The department also predicted that the nights will remain cool and relatively pleasant. The drop in temperature at night will offer some relief to residents from the daytime heat.
