A young girl died after an oil tanker hit her motorcycle near Korangi Crossing in Karachi.
The accident occurred when the motorcyclists were crossing the road when a speeding tanker hit them.
According to rescue officials, two people were also injured in the accident and were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, where they are being provided medical assistance. The body of the deceased girl has been shifted to the morgue for legal proceedings.
Police say the driver of the oil tanker fled the scene after the accident, and raids are being conducted in various areas to find him. According to authorities, the investigation into the incident is ongoing and the person responsible will be arrested soon.
