After a sharp decline in global oil prices, petrol and diesel prices in Pakistan are likely to decrease significantly, raising expectations of relief for consumers.
According to industry sources, crude oil prices have dropped by around 15 percent, which is expected to impact domestic fuel prices.
Sources indicate that petrol prices may decrease by up to Rs55 per litre, while diesel prices could see a reduction of Rs95 to Rs100 per litre, marking a major potential relief.
According to industry sources, the final decision regarding the reduction in petroleum product prices will be made by the Prime Minister.
