On the order of the Lahore High Court, the names of Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, Rasakh Elahi, and Zara Elahi were removed from the passport control list.
Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza of Lahore High Court disposed of the application of Parvez Elahi and others in the light of the FIA report. Assistant Attorney General Shiraz Zika appeared on behalf of the federal government in the hearing.
The Assistant Attorney General told the court that the FIA had removed the names from the passport control list. Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi’s lawyer Abu Zar Salman Niazi took the stand that Pervez Elahi is a senior politician. He wants to retire with his family.
